DELIVERY

The works presented and available for sale on the site are normally available and shipped within the indicated time frames.

Françoise SUZANNE undertakes to ship paid orders within 7 working days.

We will do our best to send the products as quickly as possible.

Françoise SUZANNE cannot be held liable for any delay in shipping and/or delivery due to unforeseen events beyond the control of Françoise SUZANNE. In the event that the package has not been shipped after 30 days, you may terminate the sales contract without compensation.

Goods are shipped by carrier or postal services. Shipping costs are calculated based on the price lists provided by the carrier or the Post Office, depending on the weight of the package (goods + packaging + other items offered if applicable) and the destination.

However, if Françoise SUZANNE were unable to supply the work ordered due to unavailability, your payment would not be confirmed and the amount corresponding to the unavailable item as well as the shipping costs inherent to it would not be taken from the buyer's bank account and therefore cancelled.

In the event of an estimate of exceeding the delivery time indicated at the time of ordering, Françoise SUZANNE will send an e-mail to the buyer to indicate the new deadline. The buyer may accept or refuse it. In the second case, the amount corresponding to this unshipped item as well as the shipping costs inherent to this item will not be debited from the bank account of said buyer.

Usual delivery times are within 7 working days. These times are given as an indication.

The times indicated concern the Euro Zone, for any other destination, an additional period of 5 to 15 working days is to be expected.

The delivery address is the one indicated during the ordering process.

Upon delivery, the buyer is required to check the goods. Any reservations he intends to make regarding the condition of the goods delivered must be mentioned on the delivery note.

In the absence of any mention on the delivery note, no complaints will be accepted after receipt of the goods, except in the case of a hidden defect.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - RETURN POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 working days from delivery of the goods.

The buyer must return the merchandise in the condition. Any purchase that has been damaged or used will not be refunded or exchanged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 15 working days (from the date of receipt of your package by Françoise SUZANNE, depending on the payment method initially used by the customer when ordering.

Before any return, you must inform Françoise SUZANNE. The goods must be addressed to Françoise SUZANNE. In the event of non-compliance with these conditions (damaged or used goods, absence of return number), the goods will be returned to you with postage due.
